Don't go for less that your full potential
The second wave of the corona epidemic
is affecting people's lives in Nepal. It has been almost a month since the
ban was issued. There are indications that the injunction will be added
again. In this case, everyone has no choice but to stay indoors. However,
in this epidemic, various types of chronically ill people are forced to stay
indoors. In this case, what can be done to prevent heart disease and heart
disease? Edited excerpt of Bishnu
Pandey's conversation with Dr. Bhagwan Koirala, a senior cardiologist
for Gorkhapatra Online, in his own words.
When it comes to heart patients living at home, the
first thing they need at this time is more natural counseling. They are a
little more at risk during covid. When living at home, they need to take
special care of social distance. Don't go near people who are going out. Similarly,
safety measures such as washing hands with soap and water and using sanitizer
must be followed.
Heart patients should not go out as much as possible. If they have to go out,
they should wear a mask, walk at a social distance of 6 feet, and use sanitizer
frequently. Heart disease patients can be vaccinated according to the
rules. Just because you have heart disease doesn't mean you shouldn't wear
it. Even if you have heart disease, you should exercise to keep yourself
healthy to the best of your ability. Smokers and alcoholics may not have
heart disease, but if they do, they should not drink alcohol or smoke.
There are several specific reasons why the corona vaccine should not be
given, such as when the immune system is very low, not only when the fever is
high, but not because the heart disease is not vaccinated. After
vaccination, side effects can occur in heart patients as well as in other
normal people.
As corona infections increase, heart patients are at greater risk, but the
government's current initiatives to prevent infections are largely positive. But
when the first wave of prevention came, the number of municipalities was hot.
Now, in the second wave, the activity of municipalities is less. It used
to be that people from outside were allowed to go home only after undergoing
PCR by putting them in quarantine.
The municipality should have been able to keep infected in isolation by
conducting free tests, which would have made it easier to break the coronavirus chain. Lack of physical exercise while sitting at home and
overeating can also lead to heart disease in ordinary people. So even
while staying at home to exercise, do not eat more greasy, spicy, and spicy
dishes. This increases the risk.
At present, 20,000-22,000 tests are being conducted daily in Nepal. It
should be increased even by using such technology. Without testing, people
will not know if they have a corona infection and are more likely to spread the
infection to other people. The federal government should coordinate with
the municipalities to break the chain of the virus.
If it is difficult for heart patients or other patients to walk out of the
hospital now, you can contact the Ministry of Health's hotline numbers 1115 and
1133 and another group of doctors have also given advice through the hotline. You
can ask by calling the next 1156 number anytime. Don't go for less than
your full potential when it comes to social media. This is a very
important point, so take care of it. This can have a detrimental effect on
your morale.
Heart patients should eat simple foods that are always being eaten nowadays. I
would like to reiterate that heart patients should pay attention to physical
exercise especially during this time. Heart patients should also take care
of their breathing. So far, there is no cure for corona by taking any
medicine or herbs, so I urge you not to take anything other than what doctors
recommend for heart patients. Which makes your health better.
